The CP Leadership Institute was commissioned by CP group as a venue for holding private seminars, meetings, and leadership trainings for CP's managerial level employees. The project was conceived in accordance to the company's 3-Benefits philosophy: Benefit to the Country, Benefit to the People, and Benefit to the Company.

By fostering LEED standard for the main building within the campus, CP is contributing to set a new standard to the Thai building industry, which would undoubtedly benefit Thailand in the long run. The CPLI campus is located at Nong Nam Daeng, Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima province, Thailand.

The Training Center Building of CP Leadership Institute is a 5-floor mixed use building which will be used to hold meetings, seminars, and trainings on the ground-2nd floor, as well as to provide temporary lodging for CP employees on the 3rd-5th floors.

​

The project has been certified LEED-NC Gold.
