GD has collaborated with N-O-Architects for this international design competition, providing green design consulting services for the team. Climate analysis and optimum design strategies were analyzed, using building simulation tools, in response to local climate and surrounding contexts.

 

Resulting design is an in-between layer, each corresponds to different environmental and contextual impacts such as allowing wind access in summer while being able to block wind access in winter. Facade grill has been designed to correspond to varying sun angle at each side and overlay with view access requirements.
