Grundfos Headquarter in Bangkok is comprised of an office building and a warehouse. Due to the increased number of staffs and department reorganization, there were the needs to fit-out the 3rd floor of the office building to accommodate changed functional needs. In doing so, Grundfos Thailand’s team wishes to use the project to demonstrate the organization’s commitment to sustainable development and has decided to use an internationally accepted green building rating system as a tool.

 

Design strategies included optimum floor planning to harness natural light, rainwater harvesting, low-emitting finishings, and energy efficient equipments.

The project has received LEED for Commercial Interior (LEED-CI), Gold level.
