GreenDwell was commissioned to design luxury home-office development for Thanapat Property in 2 prototypes, town home and semi-detached, totaling 11 units.

The project integrates perforated shading panels to help shade open plan workspace. Fresh air is set using timer, drawing fresh air from backyard garden into the workspace for better indoor air quality.
