The house is designed for a family who would like their urban home to have a beach house atmosphere where they could feel like being on vacation all year long. The house is designed with berms and shading landscape to provide privacy into the main living area with pool deck and a small private ‘beach’.

The house will also have the elderly quarter for the owner’s parents who should also be encouraged to join the living area via elderly-friendly design. The main living area divides the house into two smaller courtyards, one public and another, private pool court.
