GreenDwell was commissioned to design a 5-storey luxury home-office development for Time Property Development. The design focus was for both workspace and living space to be able to provide its occupants with wellbeing. The building mass was designed to provide shading and natural ventilation option.

 

The lower floors were designed for workspace with loft, while the upper 2 floors were designed for residence with roof garden courtyard.
