The client wishes to develop a multi-phase development for a waste-to-energy plant.

 

The project should demonstrate the owner’s good will while generating a pleasant background for the neighbors who usually perceive the plant as a destructive facility. The design focused on locating each of the plant’s function to create least disturbance to the community visually and functionally.
